What you'll do

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities
• plan future work and identify resources in advance
• prioritize safety in work planning
• develop work plans based on requests and site inspections
• publish weekly approved maintenance work
• review equipment history and identify repeat failures
• update the CMMS for preventive maintenance
• reserve or procure parts and materials
• review maintenance inventory and communicate changes
• procure outside services
• create and drive KPI reports.
