What you'll do

• Provide customer service and assess storage needs
• create store plans to meet budget
• manage web pricing and discounts
• maintain the property to company standards, including cleaning vacated units and routine upkeep
• manage vendors and capital expenditure projects
• oversee auctions
• show units and guide customers through leasing
• and manage, audit, and balance cash.
