The Mental Health Counselor — Residential Support Services role is fully onsite in Saint Paul, MN, with work across RADIAS Health’s residential program locations in Anoka, Dakota, Ramsey, and Washington counties. Pay is $19.19 per hour for the listed non-weekend shifts and $21.50 per hour for full-time weekend shifts. The role supports adults in a home-like setting through RADIAS Health’s Residential Support Services Program. The counselor provides daily support that helps residents work toward their goals and maintain connections with community supports. By implementing service and behavior plans, monitoring care needs, supporting independent living skills, and contributing to treatment planning, the role helps the care team deliver consistent residential support.

What you'll do

• Interact with clients to build rapport and provide respectful care
• monitor clients according to care plans
• implement service and behavior plans and encourage treatment-plan compliance
• use crisis assessment tools and help de-escalate potential behavior emergencies
• assist with hygiene, laundry, housekeeping, budgeting, and other independent living skills
• administer medications under facility nurse supervision and maintain medication records
• coordinate appointments, activities, meals, and facility needs
• provide staff coverage and prepare incident reports as needed.
