What you'll do

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat and poultry using knives, saws, grinders, and other equipment
• clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• weigh, package, and label products
• inspect displayed items and remove expired products
• take special orders and provide special cuts
• promote department sales.
