On-Site Community Manager — Pickwick Farms Apartments

What you'll do

• Collect and post rent, manage deposits and expenses, submit invoices, monitor delinquencies, and process evictions
• submit payroll and support team objectives and Fair Housing compliance
• build resident relationships and coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and events
• conduct inspections, manage service requests, and coordinate apartment readiness with leasing and service teams
• perform night audits
• report safety issues and incidents.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Requires three or more years of multifamily management experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance; CAM/CALP and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.
