What you'll do

• Provide individualized and small-group resource-room instruction for students in grades 3–5
• address IEP goals
• reinforce core academic concepts
• modify instructional materials
• assess progress and identify support needs
• document academic growth and maintain student records
• participate in IEP meetings
• communicate progress and instructional needs
• collaborate with general education teachers, special education teams, related service providers, and families. Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and Illinois PEL with LBS1 endorsement
• eligible out-of-state licenses may be considered for reciprocity.
