What you'll do

• Wash dishes and cookware by machine or hand
• maintain clean dishwashing and prep stations
• stock cleaning supplies and dishes
• sort and remove trash
• assist with daily cleaning
• support team members during service
• and follow Department of Health and DIG food-safety standards.
