What you'll do
- Prepare fresh fruits and vegetables according to product specifications and recipes
- maintain prep inventory and production guides
- label, date, and rotate produce and prepared items
- store food in approved covered containers
- follow buffet production and shelf-life procedures
- report discrepancies and waste
- clean and organize prep areas
- assist buffet attendants and guests.
