What you'll do

• Draft and format family-law pleadings, motions, financial affidavits, discovery requests, and responses
• track discovery deadlines and coordinate document collection and production
• support case preparation and legal strategy through organization, research, and follow-through
• communicate empathetically with clients
• file court documents and coordinate service of process
• schedule court appearances, mediations, meetings, and deadlines
• maintain case files and billable-time records
• use macOS, Google Workspace, and MyCase.
