What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations
• supervise and support clinical staff
• oversee admissions, Start of Care, recertifications, resumptions of care, and discharges
• monitor plans of care, physician orders, documentation, and OASIS processes
• address patient-care concerns
• coordinate with physicians, patients, caregivers, staff, and leadership
• provide staff education and coaching
• participate in QAPI, audits, regulatory reviews, and survey preparation
• and identify workflow and care improvements.
