Guest Service Agent

What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• check guests in and out and assign rooms
• answer and route calls
• respond to guest questions and concerns
• maintain confidential guest records and accurate cash and transaction records
• complete front desk paperwork and reports
• conduct property walks
• assist with breakfast service as needed
• provide wake-up calls
• communicate information through the pass-on log
• support sales and marketing as directed
• assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed.
