What you'll do

• Assist the Residential Manager with daily operations
• ensure behavior plans are implemented and data collected
• maintain staffing ratios and address scheduling issues
• review progress notes, medication logs, and individual program plans
• assist with meal preparation and community activities
• supervise staff
• conduct residential meetings and encourage individual input
• report incidents and allegations of abuse
• provide transportation
• assist with licensing and emergency preparedness.
