What you'll do

• Lead daily operations of a 24/7 skilled nursing facility in compliance with CMS and Michigan LARA requirements
• recruit, develop, and retain the interdisciplinary and department head teams
• grow census and improve payer mix through referral relationships
• oversee P&L, budgeting, labor, reimbursement, and accounts receivable
• maintain survey readiness and improve quality measures and resident and family satisfaction.
