Floor Care Technician / Supervisor

The Floor Care Technician / Supervisor role is onsite in Miami, FL, with compensation of $22–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Complete daily cleaning and scheduled special projects
• perform deep cleaning, construction cleanup, carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, buffing, pressure washing, window cleaning, high-low dusting, and general office cleaning
• report deficiencies and safety hazards
• take before-and-after photos and submit daily reports
• train and recruit cleaning staff
• report hours to payroll.
