Skilled Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant — Private Duty

What you'll do

• Provide agreed-upon client care
• assist with daily living activities, dementia monitoring, vital signs, transfers, fall prevention, bathing, home tasks, documentation, medication reminders, and pain management
• provide safe transportation and run errands as needed
• work in homes with pets when applicable
• follow agency policies
• maintain CPR and TB testing requirements
• work assigned shifts and arrange coverage if unavailable.
