What you'll do

  • Develop and implement behavioral assessments and treatment programs
  • coordinate case management
  • oversee a caseload of up to eight clients or 300 weekly RBT hours while billing 29 hours weekly
  • train parents, caregivers, and clinical staff
  • conduct functional behavior assessments
  • consult with parents, teachers, and clinical or educational personnel
  • coordinate home-school communication
  • lead treatment team meetings
  • complete documentation.
