Operations Supervisor

Job overview

The Operations Supervisor role is onsite in Buffalo, NY; compensation is $24–$26 per hour. First Choice Coffee Services supplies office coffee solutions to workplaces across the country. The supervisor coordinates daily warehouse, route, and service operations so drivers and technicians are prepared, equipment and products are managed, and work is completed safely and on schedule. The role also supports customer service, sales coordination, and branch efficiency.

What you'll do

• Prepare route drivers and service technicians for daily work
• manage product rotation, par levels, and warehouse pulls
• coordinate route efficiency with the Branch Manager
• oversee end-of-day paperwork
• set equipment repair objectives
• limit overtime
• train staff in safe equipment and vehicle practices
• maintain warehouse and vehicle cleanliness and security
• provide route or service coverage during absences
• coordinate with Customer Service and Sales.
