What you'll do

• Manually deburr precision plastic components using hand tools and equipment
• remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections
• inspect parts visually and dimensionally
• follow work instructions, drawings, and quality requirements
• handle parts to prevent damage or contamination
• maintain an organized work area
• complete production and quality documentation
• and report defects or process issues. The role ensures plastic components meet finish and quality specifications before reaching customers. Accurate, timely work supports production flow and the manufacturing team’s quality standards.
