What you'll do

• Hire, onboard, and mentor store managers and teams across the region
• train and develop leaders

• ensure consistent execution of AKIRA’s 5 Steps of Selling
• provide hands-on support, expectations, coaching, and feedback
• drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• maintain store presentation, visual standards, inventory practices, and customer service
• enforce company policies and Code of Conduct
• build collaboration and share best practices across stores.
