The Manufacturing Associate – Downstream role is onsite in Pennington, New Jersey, with a stated schedule of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and 40 hours per week. Pay is $25–$32 per hour. The role supports upstream and downstream manufacturing operations in a cGMP-compliant environment. The associate performs and documents production activities across cell culture, harvest, filtration, chromatography, and fill operations. The work supports compliant manufacturing processes through careful execution of aseptic procedures, equipment sanitation, and accurate records.

What you'll do

• Prepare media and buffers
• thaw vials and expand seed trains
• operate bioreactors
• monitor and document cell growth and process parameters
• support cell harvest, clarification, and filtration
• conduct chromatography, TFF, diafiltration, and viral filtration
• support final fill operations
• follow cleanroom and aseptic protocols
• maintain GMP documentation
• clean and sanitize equipment and environments
• collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Logistics.
