The product manager shapes product vision and roadmaps, coordinates engineering, design, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and business partners, and leads the product lifecycle from ideation through launch. The role uses research, performance measures, and user feedback to improve the chatbot and support adoption of AI-enhanced digital products.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and set priorities
• collaborate on user research and data analysis
• lead product ideation, development, testing, and launch
• define requirements and user stories
• establish OKRs and KPIs and analyze performance and feedback
• develop go-to-market strategies and support product adoption.
