Product and Business Development Lead

What you'll do

• Talk with utility customers and observe product performance in the field
• identify unmet needs and improvement opportunities
• evaluate product concepts and applications for technical feasibility and commercial potential
• define requirements, scope, costs, testing plans, and success criteria
• guide development from concept and prototype through validation, documentation, and production handoff
• demonstrate prototypes and gather feedback
• help develop customer relationships, sales channels, and market opportunities
• improve product development processes and tools.
