Student Transition Placement Specialist (Case Manager)

Job overview

The Student Transition Placement Specialist (Case Manager) works onsite in New Britain, CT, with an 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule and occasional weekends. Local travel is required. Pay is $22 per hour. What you'll do

• Help referred participants find jobs and volunteer opportunities
• provide or coordinate job training, orientation, and coaching
• manage DORS Level Up referrals
• complete forms, progress notes, billing, and reports
• meet with agency and school contacts
• connect with local businesses
• plan services at approved locations
• update curriculum as directed
• ensure students have needed technology
• arrange job shadowing and training experiences.
