What you'll do

• Develop credit policies
• evaluate credit applications and set limits
• monitor creditworthiness and risk
• manage credit holds and releases
• oversee invoicing, payment posting, reconciliation, aging, collections, and disputes
• improve receivables processes and cash flow
• manage construction lien deadlines and documentation
• coordinate lien filings and releases
• train internal teams on lien processes
• prepare compliance documentation and reports.
