What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across affordable housing properties
• coach property managers and on-site teams
• monitor budgets, expenses, rent collections, and performance reports
• support leasing and resident retention
• conduct quarterly or as-needed property visits
• coordinate with maintenance, asset management, and leadership
• ensure fair housing and regulatory compliance
• assist with staffing and training
• report recommendations and action plans.
