What you'll do

• Develop and own partnership strategy in collaboration with Product
• define partner selection processes from market mapping through commercial negotiations
• identify new partners as Nova expands offerings and infrastructure
• manage deposit concentration and redundancy options
• serve as senior contact and escalation point for partners
• lead third-party oversight with Risk, Compliance, and AML, including audits, diligence requests, and issue remediation.
