What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature-control procedures
• direct and assist with cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, floors, dishes, and utensils
• check trays for menu, diet, preference, and accuracy requirements
• ensure proper storage of food and supplies
• review and process diet changes
• maintain and follow menus and established procedures.
