Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required This is an onsite position in Irwindale, CA. Compensation is not specified. Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this role, you will reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, and support to approximately 8-13 students. Your goal is to create a structured, family-like environment that fosters students' academic, emotional, and social development.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required; Experience working or volunteering with youth; Valid U.S. driver’s license
