The Inside Sales Representative – Building Products role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV, and is full-time. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Pay is $19 per hour. Rugby Architectural Building Products distributes specialty building products nationwide and emphasizes product quality and customer service. The representative builds customer relationships, supports sales growth, and helps contractors, builders, woodworkers, manufacturers, and other customers select products and keep projects moving. The role combines customer service, account support, order processing, and sales activity.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• provide product information, recommendations, and solutions
• generate sales by phone, email, and customer interactions
• grow existing accounts and develop new business
• prepare quotes, pricing, and proposals
• process orders
• coordinate with operations and warehouse teams on deliveries
• resolve customer questions and concerns
• maintain customer and sales records
• stay informed about products, industry trends, and market opportunities.
