The Specialty Buyer position is onsite in Tolleson, AZ. Pay is $25–$26 per hour, depending on experience. The JF Petroleum Group provides fueling infrastructure solutions and the role supports its construction, service, and installation business. The role ensures materials are sourced, staged, and available when projects need them. It coordinates purchasing decisions, vendors, project teams, and warehouse operations to support on-time delivery and accurate project costs.

What you'll do

• Use economic analysis to select sourcing methods, including direct supplier purchases, central purchasing, or inventory transfers.
• Prepare purchase orders, negotiate project-level costs, coordinate material selection and substitutions with vendors, project managers, and engineers, and ensure materials are staged for requested delivery dates.
• Monitor orders, compare vendor acknowledgements with purchase orders, update ERP records, provide inventory updates, resolve delivery issues with warehouse teams and carriers, coordinate invoice accuracy with Accounts Payable, manage urgent parts requests, arrange warehouse shipments, and conduct data and trend analysis.
