The role combines staff leadership, compliance, and direct support when needed to help residents with daily living and community participation.

What you'll do

• Oversee Independent Supported Living homes
• train, schedule, and support Direct Support Professionals
• ensure 24/7 service coverage and quality
• provide direct support as needed, including transportation and daily-living assistance
• participate in the on-call rotation
• ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements
• travel between Franklin County locations.
