What you'll do

• Assist project managers from bidding through closeout
• coordinate subcontractor bidding, estimating for self-performed work, and proposals
• assist with prime contracts and subcontract administration
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• participate in meetings and maintain communication among office, field teams, subcontractors, and clients
• assist with owner invoicing and review subcontractor invoices
• support scheduling and project coordination.
