Purchasing Associate

What you'll do

• Create, process, and maintain purchase orders
• review requests for completeness
• maintain purchasing, vendor, item, pricing, and order data
• monitor open orders and follow up with vendors
• communicate order updates and delays
• research pricing, quantity, invoice, shipment, and order discrepancies
• maintain records
• follow purchasing procedures and approvals
• coordinate with vendors and internal departments
• assist with vendor setup and pricing updates
• escalate recurring issues.
