What you'll do

• Coach and support VPK teachers through observations, modeling, and feedback
• maintain compliance with Florida VPK regulations, DCF licensing requirements, staff ratios, and audit standards
• build relationships with parents and host family events
• lead the team toward kindergarten readiness, enrollment, and staff retention goals.
