What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one Marketplace application assistance
• explain coverage options and insurance concepts neutrally
• help consumers compare plans, enroll or renew, report life changes, and address eligibility or enrollment issues
• assist with Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare transitions
• track outreach, interactions, enrollments, and metrics
• maintain accurate records and protect confidential information
• conduct workshops and community outreach
• build community partner relationships
• provide referrals for grievances, appeals, and coverage disputes
• maintain required Navigator training and certification.
