What you'll do

• Process and review timesheets, payroll runs, deductions, and adjustments
• prepare payroll reports and maintain employee payroll files
• review and process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents
• prepare vendor payments and maintain vendor files
• assist with month-end and year-end closing
• respond to payroll and vendor inquiries
• support other Fiscal Department accounting duties.
