What you'll do

• Strip rooms in preparation for cleaning
• greet guests in public spaces
• distribute supplies to housekeepers
• assist with banquet setup
• fulfill guest requests
• maintain and clean hallways, elevators, stairwells, and ice machine areas
• maintain closets and minibar inventory
• restock housekeeping carts
• assist with VIP arrivals
• report maintenance issues and room discrepancies
• protect guest confidentiality and follow hotel procedures.
