The Senior National Account Manager, Mass Channels role is onsite Monday through Friday at KONG headquarters in Golden, CO. Compensation starts at $150,000 annually. The role owns KONG’s commercial relationships with Walmart and Target, its largest mass retail partners. The position drives account growth and execution by setting account strategy, leading joint business planning and line reviews, and coordinating with internal teams and external representatives. It uses sales and retail data to guide decisions on distribution, promotions, forecasts, and product launches while supporting KONG’s volume, margin, and brand goals.

What you'll do

• Own account strategy, revenue growth, and trade-spend optimization for Walmart and Target
• lead annual Joint Business Planning and account line reviews
• analyze point-of-sale, SKU, and promotional performance
• coordinate resets, promotions, and product launches
• align forecasts and inventory with supply chain and demand planning
• manage product data, pricing, trade promotion budgets, deductions, and accruals
• guide support staff and external representatives.
