What you'll do

• Embed with engineering squads to co-develop features and products
• design and run evaluations of AI output quality against legal standards and competing models
• translate in-house legal workflows and customer feedback into product requirements and acceptance criteria
• use AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude to ship fixes, improvements, and capabilities
• train sales and solutions teams on new features.
