The Behavior Technician (BT) — Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy role is clinic-based in Roanoke, VA, part-time, with weekday availability between 3:45 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. and occasional weekends as needed. Pay is $22–$29 per hour. Autism FIRST provides services to children and families in the local community. The technician delivers one-to-one ABA therapy under Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) guidance, implementing individualized plans and recording session data. The work supports children’s skill development and treatment goals while maintaining communication with supervisors and families.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy
• implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision
• follow individualized treatment plans
• collect and record session data
• maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
• communicate with supervisors and families
• and attend scheduled supervision, training, and staff meetings.
