What you'll do

• Manage regional accounts to support compliance with government and agency standards.
• Plan and report on budgets, improve kitchen efficiencies, assist with training food service directors, support hiring and interview processes as needed, monitor facility policies and kitchen cleanliness, oversee inventory, and assist with food quality, menu adjustments, ordering, and staffing hours.
