What you'll do

• Shadow location managers and supervisors
• assist with scheduling, team communication, and operational planning
• participate in inventory management, grain flow, agronomy logistics, and location processes
• learn about budgets, profit-and-loss responsibilities, and financial decisions
• support safety and compliance initiatives
• complete a capstone project
• develop leadership skills through mentorship and hands-on practice.
