What you'll do

  • Administer employee benefit and retirement programs
  • guide enrollment and process qualifying life-event changes
  • coordinate open enrollment
  • respond to employee benefit questions
  • liaise with carriers and vendors
  • reconcile invoices and coordinate payroll deductions
  • administer leave processes
  • prepare required notices and government documentation
  • support plan audits
  • maintain confidential records and review processes for compliance.
