Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Maintain the building and grounds and conduct or coordinate repairs
• respond promptly to repair and maintenance requests
• prepare rooms for new residents
• test fire protection systems and schedule inspections
• maintain HVAC, lighting, and plumbing systems
• oversee proper trash removal and disposal
• conduct safety inspections, fire drills, and emergency evacuation drills.
