What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain batch schedules using IBM Scheduler (OPC), Autosys, and Maestro
• monitor daily batch cycles and ensure timely completion
• troubleshoot scheduling and batch job failures
• review dependencies and optimize workflows
• document workflows, schedules, and procedures
• support mainframe environments and perform health checks and performance tuning
• participate in upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery testing as required
• coordinate changes and deployments with application, infrastructure, and operations teams
• provide on-call support for critical production batch cycles
• guide junior team members
• identify automation and process-improvement opportunities.
