What you'll do

• Provides direct patient care as defined in the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Implements current nursing practice following a comprehensive assessment and the plan of care.
• Provides accurate and timely documentation of patient services.
• Assesses and provides patient and family/caregiver education.
• Participates in the coordination of hospice services.
• Provides appropriate pain/symptom management and evaluates the patient's response to treatments.
