What you'll do

• Assist the store manager in meeting daily store objectives
• oversee cash functions and perform opening and closing procedures
• make decisions when serving as the lead in the building
• monitor and encourage team members to meet service standards
• resolve customer concerns and escalations
• support customer satisfaction and team morale
• train team members and coach on KPIs and sales goals.
