The Line Cook role is onsite in Chandler, AZ. Compensation is $17.50–$18.50 per hour. The cook supports kitchen service at Benihana, preparing menu items to the restaurant’s quality standards. The role prepares dishes accurately and efficiently while maintaining food safety, organization, and consistency. Coordination with back-of-house and front-of-house teams helps deliver timely service and a consistent dining experience.

What you'll do

• Prepare dishes at the assigned station
• follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• process food tickets accurately
• maintain cleanliness and food safety
• complete prep, stocking, and kitchen setup
• organize storage and production areas
• collaborate with kitchen and service teams
• follow health department sanitation requirements and chef instructions.
