What you'll do

• Share information and align processes with instructional division technology coordinators
• support curriculum, staff development, and learning consultation sections
• evaluate software, services, and procedures
• train and support instructional staff
• track hardware, software, subscriptions, costs, and licenses
• coordinate budget and purchase requests
• submit and track change-control requests
• maintain SOPs and best practices
• support audiovisual services, mobile devices, photo requests, calendars, SharePoint, and Office 365.
