The Licensed Practical Nurse Site Coordinator — Day Shift role is onsite in Ashland City, TN. Pay is $36 per hour. The coordinator provides inmate medical care at a designated site under the supervision of the Responsible Physician and supports QCHC’s correctional healthcare operations. The role coordinates and evaluates clinical nursing operations to meet contract requirements, company policies, and nursing standards. It combines site-level nursing administration with direct patient care, helping ensure consistent coverage, timely clinical tasks, and appropriate response to patient needs.

What you'll do

• Coordinate nursing coverage and daily tasks in line with contractual requirements. Work with jail staff and administration, use QCHC policies and procedures, assist with pharmacy utilization reviews and nursing program evaluations, and contribute to policy development. Submit weekly and monthly reports and attend mandatory meetings. Respond to emergencies
• conduct intake and sick-call clinics

• complete treatments and labs
• assist with chronic care
• monitor patient conditions
• document care
• and maintain confidentiality.
